Time Window for Returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will generally not be accepted, though we may make rare exceptions for verified manufacturing defects. The 30‑day window applies to all eligible items.
What Items Can Be Returned?
Most items sold on nobranditems.com can be returned, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for return:
- Unused, unwashed, unaltered products
- Products in their original condition (no stains, tears, scratches, or odors)
- Products returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, bags, or inserts that came with the item

Not eligible for return (non‑returnable items):

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for most products. If you need a different size, color, or alternative item, please return the original item for a refund (following the process above) and place a new order for the desired item. Defective or Incorrect Items

International Returns

Restocking Fees
