We partner with reliable carriers to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition, whether you are ordering a single pen or a set of storage boxes.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order on nobranditems.com, we begin preparing it within our standard processing window. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our fulfillment centers.
Please note the following:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (such as year‑end holidays or major sales events), processing may take slightly longer. We will post updates on our website if extended delays are expected.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We want you to receive your No Brand Items order safely. However, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
What you can do:
- Delayed packages: Check the tracking link first. If the status has not updated for more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
- Lost packages: If the tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to file a claim. Replacement or refund will be determined based on the carrier’s investigation results.
- Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure delivery location (such as a workplace address or a locker service) if theft is a concern in your area.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you realize that you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct the address.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. If the package is returned to us by the carrier due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, we may issue a refund for the product cost only, minus any original shipping fees that were not refunded by the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging your No Brand Items products. Each order is packed with appropriate cushioning and support to withstand normal shipping handling. However, accidents can happen.
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the outer box and the damaged item(s) before opening or removing anything.
- Open the package carefully and inspect all items.
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing your order number and the photos.
We will review the damage and, if confirmed to be caused by shipping, arrange for a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s). Please do not throw away the original packaging until we have resolved your claim, as carriers may request it for inspection.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship from different fulfillment locations. In that case, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments beyond what was shown at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier is unable to deliver your package (for example, after multiple delivery attempts or because the address was incorrect), the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping charges will apply) or receive a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable for undeliverable packages.
